Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return an item you may do so up to 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs and cash on delivery fees), as long as it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.
Please note that if you need to change your size more than once, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund if it’s clear this hasn’t been done, and return the goods to you. Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

1. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after receipt. 
2. Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition. 
3. After we have received your return request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail.  
4. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.  
5. Please note that the Cash on Delivery fee will not be refunded. 
   
   

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you. Please note that our return policy does not apply to deliveries outside the EU. We kindly as you to send your return back to the following address:
